How do I order?

• Add to cart all the items you wish to purchase, and then proceed to checkout. 
• Do not forget to double check and make sure that your order is final before you check out. If you have any questions about style, size, etc., feel free to message us on Instagram first. We’d be happy to help!
• Step by step ordering:
  • Select the design you want to order.
  • Select the color.
  • Select the size.
  • As long as the item you chose is available in stock, you should be able to add to cart.
  • Once all the items you want to buy are added to cart already, view cart.
  • Don’t forget to double check the items in your cart! If everything is correct, proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in all the billing and payment info, then if all the details are correct, place your order, and you’re good to go!

Which items are available?

• Kindly check the availability of our designs, colors, and sizes through our website.

Would it be possible to order via Instagram direct message?

• For Women’s On-hand, Women’s Pre-order, and Men’s On-hand, we do not accept orders via Instagram direct message. For faster and hassle-free order process, please add to cart and check out as per usual through this website.
• To order custom designs or pre-order out-of-stock pairs, please message us on Instagram.

What sizing do you follow for your shoes?

• Meraniel follows standard EU or local sizing (for example: 35 to 41) which you usually see when buying from local retail stores for footwear. Check out our complete size guide here.

Do you have a physical store?

• You are welcome to shop our women’s shoes at our stores located at Frankie General Store, 2F, SM Aura Premier, BGC, Taguig, or Frankie General Store, R2, Power Plant Mall, Makati.
• As of the moment, Meraniel Men is exclusively available online. We are working on having stocks available in our physical stores as well, and we’ll announce updates on this through our website and social media accounts soonest!

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

• For ON-HAND pairs:
  • For Metro Manila, expect your Meraniel shoes to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after you check out your order.
  • For Luzon provinces, expect your Meraniel shoes to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after you check out your order.
  • For Visayas and Mindanao, expect your Meraniel shoes to arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you check out your order.
  • These lead times exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Meraniel shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier.

• For PRE-ORDER pairs:
  • Ordering Period
    • Cut-off for pre-orders is on the 5th day of every month. Pre-orders checked out on the 6th day onwards shall be included in the next month’s batch of pre-orders. 
    • Orders will be shipped within the first to second week of the following month.
    • For example, a pre-order checked out on January 5 will be shipped out within the first to second week of February.
    • This may take longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
  • Shipping
    • For Metro Manila, expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after ship out.
    • For Luzon provinces, expect your order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after ship out.

• Please note!
  • As much as we would love to deliver your shoes as soon as possible, please know that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (for example: materials shortage, production issues, etc.) may happen and may extend our standard lead time.  In case this happens, we will make sure to inform you right away.
  • If your purchase is time-sensitive (for example: planning to wear them for an upcoming wedding) we would recommend for you to choose from our ON-HAND pairs instead.

Can I order for same-day delivery?

• Yes! This is possible for on-hand pairs to be delivered within Metro Manila, but kindly message us first on Instagram before check out so we can confirm the pick up schedule. Please take note of the following:
  • Cut-off for same day delivery is at 1 PM.
  • Pick up via Grab or Lalamove may be booked by the customer.
  • Shipping fee should be paid directly to the courier.
  • Pick up may be scheduled between 1 PM to 5 PM.
  • Please wait for our confirmation prior to booking pick up!
    

What courier do you use for shipping, and how much is the shipping fee?

• For Metro Manila, we ship via Gogo Express with a flat rate of Php 150.
• For provincial areas, we ship via Gogo Express, LBC, or J&T with a flat rate of Php 230.

What are your payment methods? 

• For orders placed through this website, all debit and credit cards are accepted.
• For custom and pre-orders placed through Instagram dm, we accept the following modes of payment:
  • BPI deposit / fund transfer
  • BDO deposit / fund transfer
  • GCash

Do you require full payment for preorder?

• Yes, we need full payment to jumpstart production with our shoemakers.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

• We do accept returns and exchanges under reasonable conditions. Please read about our return and exchange policy here.

Where are your products made?

• Each pair is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled sapateros in Marikina.

Are your products on hand or made-to-order? Do you customize?

• Shop our on-hand pairs here and our preorder pairs here!
• For customized pairs, feel free to message us via Instagram (@meraniel.ph) so we can discuss the design, and timeline for production and delivery.
